Living in Germany gives me the perfect opportunity to compare original covers with the ones German publishers choose. Sometimes they're gorgeous, sometimes they make me cringe, but it's always interesting to see different covers for the same novel.

I love how all of them actually picked up the snowflake theme and turned their covers into something unique nonetheless. The cover I like least is definitely the US cover - it seems really weird to me. I think I actually like the German cover the best; it looks even better in real life when I see it standing in the book store. It might be one of the few translated books I'd actually pick up just because of the cover.
