Fictional Distractions of the Week #54

Welcome to Fictional Distractions of the Week. It is inspired by Book Journey's It's Monday! What are you reading? and Fiktshun's My Reading Pile and it will show you what I'm planning to read during the next week.

The books I plan to read this week:

Oh wow, can you believe that this is an actual post? I'm incredibly sorry for being so inactive this month, but exams and work have kept me so busy that I preferred to spent my time off offline. But I finally have some time and motivation to sit down and get some blogging done, so here you go. I really hope you can forgive me my absence and still know who I am. ;)

My first read for this (finally more quiet) week it Opal by Jennifer L. Armentrout, which I've actually already started last week and definitely like. I really hope to be able to finally delve into it completely and enjoy the awesomeness that is Daemon. Although I really don't want this series to end...

After that I'll finally be reading Unspoken by Sarah Rees Brennan, which has already been on my tbr-pile at the beginning of this month, but with everything getting in my way I just hadn't found the time to pick it up. Really excited for this, especially since I've heard amazing things about Sarah's style of writing.

And maybe I'll even have a chance to start reading Splintered by A.G. Howard which sounds like a really fantastic and unique read. So far I didn't read many reviews for it (even though I know that some are already online), so it's going to be some kind of surprise for me.

New Distractions #14

The books I received in the past weeks:

For Review:

Free for Kindle:

Huge thanks to Simon & Schuster UK, Harlequin Teen, Abrams Books, and St. Martin's Press.

Is there anyone who'd like to stop me from requesting NetGalley titles in the future? Because I really shouldn't have requested any of these, but I just couldn't stop myself, because I'm craving to read all of these. Aaaah.... at least I already got around to reading and reviewing Poison Princess, which was absolutely awesome. Click here for my review.

Which books did you get this week?
